On-Site Visit
We are proud of our track record and highly selective to ensure our services are the right fit for every client.
All new 10-Step engagements require a two-day on-site visit, during which we meet with the owners, learn more specifics about the company’s challenges and operational capabilities, assess the scope of the work and help you choose the right Service Plan for your needs.
Following the site visit, we will present a proposal in the form of a non-binding engagement letter. There are no formal contracts, and both parties are free to terminate the project at any time and with no further obligation.
Once all the details have been settled, we will set a date and launch the turnaround.
